He served the community many years through various agencies and programs such as Emmanuel Community General Services. He remains on the Grace Collins Foundation Board, which continues to positively impact the community by awarding yearly scholarships for qualifying college-bound students.
He is distinguished as a man of principles and good stewardship with a burden for Outreach and Evangelism. He partnered with Apostle Peter Bernardo to resume his ministry in the Philippines and later took an evangelism team there, helping to establish 5 new churches. Having a personal testimony of deliverance from a life of drug abuse and incarcerations for over 22 years, Bishop Pollard worked with judges and district attorneys to help youth offenders receive one-on-one guidance/mentorship and ‘turnaround opportunities’. He along with 5 other pastors of distinction, helped found the “FRESH WIND & 11:45 Movement” where he headed the “THERE” component – which reflected a “visible presence of the church on the streets”.
Bishop Pollard acknowledges his placement in the Body of Christ primarily to preach and teach Kingdom principles for the end time harvest of souls. He strives to help churches work in the spirit of the Unity of the Faith, that every spiritual gift is utilized to lift the Name of Jesus and each member reaching their God-given potential to positively impact others in their sphere of influence for the Kingdom and glory of God.
The Word of God is the basis for all he does and teaches…
